WUGA Digital Coordinator

The Digital Coordinator is responsible for expanding the organization’s reach, relevance, and impact across digital platforms while strengthening audience habits and engagement. This position serves as the primary driver of digital storytelling, content distribution, audience development, and digital product growth, ensuring that the organization’s journalism and programming reach audiences where they increasingly consume media.

The role focuses on attracting and retaining new listeners and supporters, increasing daily engagement through newsletters, podcasts, social media, photo, video, and web content. Working collaboratively with newsroom, programming, and central Marketing & Communications staff, this position creates and repurposes existing content into compelling digital experiences that execute strategic opportunities for audience growth.
