Digital Experience Officer

The Digital Experience Officer (DXO) is a frontline fundraiser responsible for cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding a large portfolio of donors through personalized digital engagement. This role focuses on building lasting relationships and enhancing donor experiences to drive philanthropic support for Franklin College of Arts and Sciences.

Key responsibilities of the job include donor engagement by managing a portfolio of donors giving up to $25,000 through one-on-one virtual meetings and tailored communication; fundraising strategy by developing personalized approaches to increase donor retention, upgrade giving levels, and identify referrals for major gift prospects; collaboration by partnering with division colleagues to align donor interests with university priorities and create meaningful engagement opportunities; and impact communication by sharing compelling stories and updates that demonstrate the value and impact of philanthropy across Franklin.

The ideal incumbent should be passionate about UGA’s mission and able to articulate its goals with enthusiasm, possess strong skills in relationship-building and digital communication, and demonstrate strategic thinking with a donor-centric mindset and a commitment to long-term engagement.
