Registration & Lodging for 2023 Conference

Registration

Register for the 2023 GEAC Conference through Whova, our conference app, using the appropriate link below. Early bird registration is $400 (plus fees) and was extended for a limited time. Cost includes all pre-conference workshops, welcome keynote and dinner reception on Monday, November 13, all track sessions and meals on Tuesday, November 14, breakfast on Wednesday, November 15, exhibit hall pass, and conference materials.

Group registration is new this year! Register 5 or more attendees by selecting the “Early-Bird Group Ticket 5 or more attendees” option, and get a 10% discount per attendee. That’s $360 per person.

Attendees may pay by credit card online OR check. Choose “check” as your payment option and after submitting your purchase, you will receive an email from the Whova Team to complete your registration using your order confirmation number. Please print and include this email with your check payment which should be made out to GEAC and mailed to GEAC, c/o Association Services Group, PO Box 640, LaGrange, GA 30241. Once GEAC receives your payment, you will receive a confirmation email with the hotel reservation link.

Cancellation Policy

Conference registration canceled on or before Oct. 27, 2023 is refundable but subject to a $50 administrative fee. Registrants canceling after this date will not receive a refund. Registration may be transferred to a colleague and is highly encouraged.

Lodging is located at Lanier Islands Legacy Lodge and Conference Center where all GEAC conference events and workshops will take place.

Room block rate at Legacy Lodge is $170/night
